Those who are permitted to apply as media are those who regularly publish and disseminate information in newspapers, television, radio, paper media, homepages, etc. Permission is not granted to those who distribute personal social media etc. or take pictures as a hobby. not.
Additionally, for race management and safety reasons, only media reporters (wearing designated bibs) who will be allowed to cross the course will be those with experience photographing bicycle races.
